Williams and Donovan Shortlisted for 4 Negotiator Awards!

We are super excited to announce that Williams and Donovan Estate Agents have been shortlisted for The Negotiator Awards 2021!
The Negotiator Awards are the Oscars of the Residential Property Industry. We are delighted to be shortlisted in all four categories that we entered:
Announcing the 2021 shortlist, Publishing Director Grant Leonard said, “The significance and importance of the Awards are reflected in the high quality and quantity of entries we’ve seen this year, proving that the industry is thriving and positive, despite the challenges presented by Covid-19”.
He continued, “Our judging process is the most robust, open and transparent process of any property awards, meaning that winning really demonstrates to the industry and your customers that you are the best. Thanks to our judges for their diligence and hard work in analysing the hundreds of entries we have had.”
The winners will be announced at a gala dinner on the 26th of November at Grosvenor House. Wish us luck! We're keeping our fingers crossed!
The Negotiator Awards is organised by Propertydrum Ltd, publisher of the residential property trade magazine, The Negotiator. In its 13-year existence, The Negotiator Awards has established itself as the leading awards programme for estate and letting agents in the UK and their suppliers. Sadly 2020 saw the covid related postponement of the Awards, but this year the event returns – and stronger than ever. The winners will be announced on Friday 26th November at a lavish gala dinner to be held at the Grosvenor House Hotel, Park Lane, London. The Awards will follow The Negotiator Conference & Expo, the estate and letting agent networking event
of the year. It will be a critical event to secure in the diary and a moment for the industry to gather, reassess and plan ahead. The Expo will feature up to 50 of the UK's most forward-thinking suppliers to your industry, displaying new ideas and products to keep your business competitive and efficient.
About The Negotiator
The Negotiator Awards and The Negotiator Conference & Expo are organised and run by Propertydrum Ltd, the publisher of the only printed and digital trade magazine for estate and letting agents – The Negotiator – and the leading website www.thenegotiator.co.uk.
