We are delighted to announce that we have won an award for Regional Estate Agency of the Year – East England at the Negotiator Awards 2021.

The bronze accolade recognises us for being the best agent at what we do in our local area in South East Essex.

We are an independent estate agency since 1999 operating from three offices within Hockley and Benfleet and founded by two best friends Ian Williams and Colin Donovan. Our team are a humble yet hard-working and trusted team of property experts. We are always committed and dedicated and provide an outstanding level of service to our customers. We’re caring and love what we do and this shines through every step of the journey that our customers receive.
