"Williams and Donovan handled both the sale of my flat and purchase of a house. The agent knew from the beginning the property I wanted and worked to achieve that for me. Unfortunately my first buyer withdraw just as we were about to exchange contracts. Following a discussion with the agent my property was back on the market within hours at a slightly reduced price to encourage a quick sale. That resulted in a flood of interest and I sold the property again within a week. Throughout both the sale and purchase process Williams and Donovan very efficiently monitored progress, chased up solicitors, and kept me informed of the stage we were at. My buyer was able to take advantage of the previous legal work and we completed 6 weeks after acceptance of their offer.
