Lloyd is a licensed member of the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) which means he is a qualified and trained agent who can give you professional, up-to-date advice and guidance and adheres to a voluntary Code of Practice and Rules of Conduct laid down by the NAEA.

Lloyd lives in Benfleet and when not at work he enjoys a family life with his wife, Louise, and their children Lucy and Leon.
