"Williams and Donovan handled both the sale of my flat and purchase of a house. The agent knew from the beginning the property I wanted and worked to achieve that for me. Unfortunately my first buyer withdraw just as we were about to exchange contracts. Following a discussion with the agent my property was back on the market within hours at a slightly reduced price to encourage a quick sale. That resulted in a flood of interest and I sold the property again within a week. Throughout both the sale and purchase process Williams and Donovan very efficiently monitored progress, chased up solicitors, and kept me informed of the stage we were at. My buyer was able to take advantage of the previous legal work and we completed 6 weeks after acceptance of their offer. The card and flowers I got when I picked up the keys for my new property were a really lovely touch! I had very good service from Williams and Donovan and would recommend them."

When my mother passed away last year we entrusted the sale of her property to them. It was sold the day after it was viewed, and even unfortunately after the buyers dropped out just before exchange, sold it straight away once again. "A pleasure – The team at Williams and Donovan have been superb. We first contacted Mark to arrange a viewing of a new build over Christmas/New Year. Despite it being the holidays, he promptly arranged a time for my wife and I to view the property. Although it wasn't for us, we spoke about putting our home on the market and Mark again quickly arranged for Darren to visit to value the home and offer guidance on our next steps. Darren took some brilliant photos and promptly uploaded to RightMove. Within 24 hours we had several viewings lined up, and within 4 days our property was sold! James obviously did a great job when showing potential buyers around. Lynn kept us regularly informed when offers came in, and helped us consider counter offers and conclude everything quickly.
